Yes. We offer in-person consultations in New York City and Bali.
In New York, you’ll meet with a member of our trusted team. In Bali, you’ll meet directly with Jenifer, our founder and lead designer.
We also offer virtual consultations via Zoom and accommodate most time zones.

Production typically takes 6–12 weeks after your design is finalized. Timelines may vary depending on complexity and studio schedule.

Yes. All IO jewelry includes a one-year warranty from the date of delivery.
If a manufacturing issue arises, we’ll repair the piece at no cost — simply ship and insure it back to us.
Depending on your location, we may also refer you to a trusted local jeweler.

The following are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under warranty:
• Stone loss or damage – from impact or improper care
• Metal bending or warping – due to force or daily wear
• Discoloration or prong wear – from chemicals, water, or aging
We recommend periodic checkups and mindful wear.

Yes — we ship worldwide via DHL and UPS Worldwide Express. Within the U.S., we use FedEx for domestic deliveries.
• Standard delivery: 3–10 business days
• Overnight shipping available within the U.S. for an additional fee
• All orders are fully insured in transit
• Duties and taxes are not included and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery

Prices are listed in USD, but we also accept IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and SGD (Singapore Dollar), converted at current rates.

Yes — we offer limited installment options for bespoke or high-value pieces. A non-refundable deposit is required to begin, and the remaining balance can be split across scheduled payments.
