In New York, you’ll meet with a member of our trusted team. In Bali, you’ll meet directly with Jenifer, our founder and lead designer.
We also offer virtual consultations via Zoom and accommodate most time zones.

Yes. All IO jewelry includes a one-year warranty from the date of delivery.
If a manufacturing issue arises, we’ll repair the piece at no cost — simply ship and insure it back to us.
Depending on your location, we may also refer you to a trusted local jeweler.

Stone loss or damage – from impact or improper care
Metal bending or warping – due to force or daily wear
Discoloration or prong wear – from chemicals, water, or aging

Yes — we ship worldwide via DHL and UPS Worldwide Express. Within the U.S., we use FedEx for domestic deliveries.
