Welcome to IO. By accessing our website or engaging in a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Overview

IO is a private jewelry studio based in Bali and New York, specializing in bespoke fine jewelry and limited collection pieces. Each piece is crafted by hand using ethically sourced materials. Because of the artisanal nature of our work, pricing, availability, and timelines may vary.

Custom Orders

  • All custom pieces are made-to-order and begin with a design consultation.
     

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate production.
     

  • Lead times typically range from 6–12 weeks, depending on design complexity, material sourcing, and studio capacity.
     

  • Once production has started, design changes or cancellations may not be possible.
     

Custom orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Collection Pieces

  • Select ready-to-wear designs may be available by inquiry only.
     

  • Because of our small-batch approach, availability is limited and not guaranteed.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods:
 

  • Major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
     

  • Bank transfers in USD, IDR (Indonesian Rupiah), and SGD (Singapore Dollar)
     

  • Cryptocurrency: BTC or USDC — available by request
     

All custom work requires a deposit to confirm and schedule production. Remaining balances will follow the payment schedule outlined in your invoice.
 
✧ We also offer limited installment plans for bespoke or high-value pieces. Please inquire to arrange a payment plan.

Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for full shipping terms, international delivery guidelines, and insurance coverage.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
 
Eligible ready-to-ship pieces may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition and include all packaging.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied to orders shipped within California, in accordance with state law.
 
Orders shipped outside of California are currently not subject to sales tax.

Intellectual Property

All designs, imagery, product content, and written materials on this site are the exclusive property of IO (IO Collective, LLC).

Reproduction, use, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Policy

Your privacy matters. Any personal information shared with Studio IO — including during consultations, orders, or contact form submissions — is kept strictly confidential.
